Welcome to DukaanAdda (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the DukaanAdda Android mobile app, Windows desktop app, our website (https://dukaanadda.com), and all related business utility services operated by Anita Tech Solutions.

DukaanAdda is a software record-keeping utility designed to help retailers and wholesalers manage billing, track inventory, generate invoice PDFs, maintain customer ledger balances (khata), and connect through marketplace order requests.

Please read these Terms carefully along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy before using our services.

By downloading, installing, logging in, or using any part of DukaanAdda, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our software or services and should uninstall the applications immediately.

Your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Store Terms of Service and Microsoft Store terms where applicable.

DukaanAdda is intended strictly for commercial, trade, or business utility use by shop owners, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and their authorized managers.

By using DukaanAdda, you represent that you are legally competent under Indian law to enter into binding contracts, and that you will use this software only for lawful business record-keeping. The app is not intended for children.

DukaanAdda utilizes secure Google Sign-In as its primary authentication system. We do not store or manage passwords on our servers.

You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your Google account login details and device access. Any activity executed through your Google login session will be treated as authorized activity by your business. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact us immediately at dukaanaddaa@gmail.com.

When configuring DukaanAdda, you may enter business data such as your shop name, billing address, GSTIN details, invoice signatures, logos, inventory price lists, and customer profiles.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all data you enter is accurate, current, and legally obtained. DukaanAdda is a software record-keeping utility and does not independently verify the accuracy or validity of the business information, customer profiles, or transactions you input. You must comply with all local tax, accounting, and consumer protection regulations.

Our application features include barcode product scanning, stock count tracking, invoice template options, Dynamic QR code display for invoice bills, and customer ledger tracking.

Features may be added, updated, limited, or removed over time to improve system stability, adapt to platform store requirements, or align with updates. Windows and Android versions of the app may contain layout or feature differences.

DukaanAdda helps you generate customer invoices. However, you are responsible for confirming invoice totals, applying correct GST percentages, utilizing proper HSN codes, and verifying customer details before sharing files.

DukaanAdda does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Any dynamic UPI QR codes displayed on invoice PDFs are generated based on the UPI ID you configure; DukaanAdda does not act as a payment processor and does not guarantee transaction success. You must verify payment receipts independently in your bank dashboard. Please consult a qualified tax consultant to satisfy local legal guidelines.

The DukaanAdda wholesaler-retailer marketplace allows wholesalers to publish public product catalogs and retailers to submit purchase orders.

DukaanAdda provides a digital communication platform; the actual wholesale transaction, delivery commitments, product quality, and payment settlement are handled entirely between the retailers and wholesalers offline. We do not participate in, control, or take responsibility for resolving disputes between marketplace participants. We reserve the right to restrict or hide marketplace catalogs violating our acceptable use guidelines.

We offer Free and Pro subscription plans. Feature access, limit levels, and pricing intervals are detailed in our pricing options.

• Android Purchases: Premium Pro subscriptions purchased inside the Android app are processed securely via Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play Store Terms of Service.
• Windows Upgrades: Direct desktop activations require the manual submission of transaction reference numbers or billing screenshots. We store this metadata only to verify payment and manually activate your Pro workspace. Invalid or fraudulent payment submissions will be rejected, and your account may be suspended.
• Refund Policy: Cancellation and refund handling are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Windows desktop installer is available directly from the official website (https://dukaanadda.com/download) or the Microsoft Store.

You must download the installer only from these official channels. We are not responsible for security breaches or software errors caused by modified, repackaged, or unofficial installers downloaded from third-party websites.

You agree not to use DukaanAdda to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
• Upload fake business details, duplicate profiles, or fraudulent payment screenshots.
• Misuse the marketplace catalog list or spam users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the database security rules.
• Upload files containing viruses, malware, or malicious scripts.
• Impersonate other registered businesses or send misleading notifications.

We reserve the right to restrict, deactivate, or suspend accounts violating these acceptable use rules.

You retain ownership of the inventory lists, customer details, invoices, logos, and signature files you upload to DukaanAdda.

By entering this data, you grant us permission to store, sync, and process it as required to perform application features on your synced devices. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect your data.

All intellectual property rights associated with the DukaanAdda application, website, logos, layouts, source code, designs, and user interfaces are owned exclusively by Anita Tech Solutions or respective third-party licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for business operations. You may not copy, resell, modify, or distribute DukaanAdda branding materials without written consent.

DukaanAdda utilizes external systems such as Google Account Authentication, Firebase Cloud hosting, and Google Play Billing. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. DukaanAdda does not control and is not liable for their availability, security, or changes in pricing models.

We strive to maintain high system availability. However, service sync or data access may be temporarily interrupted by server maintenance, device operating system updates, network failures, or hosting provider outages.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, 100% uptime. App updates may introduce significant feature changes, and layouts between Android and Windows versions may vary.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account and business workspace if you breach these Terms, upload fraudulent UTR proofs, list illegal items on the marketplace, or use the app to spam customers.

You may stop using the app and request account deactivation at any time. Suspension or deactivation may affect your access to saved records and marketplace orders.

You can request account deletion at any time through the in-app path (Settings > Security & Privacy > Request Account Deletion) or via our website Account Deletion Page.

We will process the request in compliance with our data retention policy. Certain transactional business records (such as invoice files, order summaries, and ledger entries) may be retained as required by tax laws or your business counterparties.

DukaanAdda is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that app-generated invoices, HSN classifications, or tax ledger calculations will satisfy all local audit requirements.

The software is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. We do not guarantee marketplace transaction outcomes, product delivery, or payments between business counterparties. Please refer to our full Disclaimer for additional details on software limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anita Tech Solutions and its developer Manjeet Kumar shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits, data corruption, marketplace disputes, device damage, or payment processing errors, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anita Tech Solutions, its developer Manjeet Kumar, and their agents from any third-party claims, liabilities, costs, or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of our software, or unlawful business records entered into the application.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make updates, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the DukaanAdda Android or Windows applications following modifications means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact our support inbox at dukaanaddaa@gmail.com to resolve the issue amicably. Any unresolved legal disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of India.
