No Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains DukaanAdda’s no refund rule for Pro/Premium access, Android Google Play purchases, Windows manual payments, cancellations and related payment matters.

1. Introduction

This No Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the billing terms, subscription rules, cancellations, and refund guidelines for paid Pro/Premium features of DukaanAdda.

These terms apply to your purchases inside the Android app, Windows app, and website operated by Anita Tech Solutions.

Please read this policy in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before upgrading your workspace.

2. No Refund Policy

DukaanAdda enforces a No Refund policy for all Pro/Premium plan purchases once access is activated or subscription service is delivered.

All payments made to configure or upgrade workspaces are final. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind or business requirements.
  • Unused subscription periods or early cancellations.
  • Choosing to stop using the application.
  • Selecting a different billing utility or desktop software.
  • Features that are active but you choose not to utilize.

Important Notice: This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable local law, or under mandatory platform policies (such as the Google Play Store developer rules) which cannot be excluded.

3. Free Plan

DukaanAdda provides a Free plan containing basic invoice templates, limit caps on products and customers, and simple database record utilities.

No credit card or banking information is charged for setting up a Free plan workspace. Since no charges are billed, refunds do not apply to the Free plan. Free plan limits and features may be modified, limited, or updated over time.

4. Pro/Premium Plan

Upgrading to Pro/Premium raises your product limits, customer caps, unlocks all invoice templates, and enables unlimited ledger entries and marketplace order actions.

Because digital access is delivered instantly (upon transaction approval inside the app store or after manual receipt review on Windows), the Pro features are deemed delivered and active, making the payment non-refundable.

5. Android Purchases through Google Play

Premium subscriptions completed inside the Android app are processed securely by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play Store Policies.

DukaanAdda does not collect or store your payment card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. To request a refund or manage subscriptions, you must log into your Google Play account history and follow Google Play Store refund procedures. Google Play approves or denies requests according to its developer policies.

If you need assistance contacting Google Play Billing, you can contact our support team. Please include your registered email, purchase date, order ID (e.g. GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX), and invoice details.

6. Windows Manual Payment Activation

Pro upgrades on the Windows desktop app are processed manually. Users transfer the subscription amount via the UPI payment info displayed inside the app and upload a UTR reference number or payment confirmation screenshot.

Once our administrator verifies the transaction and manually activates your Pro workspace, the payment is final and non-refundable. We will not activate workspaces if payment verification fails. Submitting fake, altered, or misleading payment proof will result in rejection of activation, account deactivation, and further restriction.

7. Microsoft Store Purchases if Available

If a Microsoft Store download option is introduced in the future, any Pro plan subscriptions purchased through the Microsoft Store will be subject to Microsoft Store refund policies.

You will need to manage Microsoft Store subscriptions and requests through your Microsoft Account portal. Our policy does not override mandatory Microsoft Store conditions or local legal protections.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous billing cycle payments:

  • Google Play Subscriptions: You can cancel your active subscription at any time via your Google Play Account settings to prevent future renewals. Pro features remain available until the current billing cycle expires.
  • Windows/Manual Pro Plans: Manual plans are configured for fixed durations and do not auto-renew. Access expires automatically at the end of the duration unless manually renewed.
  • Account Deletion: Submitting a deletion request deactivates paid access, but does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period.

9. Failed, Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

In the event of verified technical billing errors, our team will review issues fairly:

  • If a payment was deducted but Pro access was not activated, or if a duplicate payment occurred accidentally, contact support with your registered email, payment date, UTR reference, and bank screenshot.
  • Upon verification, we may activate your Pro plan, extend your subscription period, or, in exceptional verified cases, return the duplicate payment, subject to platform rules and manual approval. We do not guarantee refunds for failed transactions that did not settle in our account.

10. Marketplace Orders and Business Transactions

DukaanAdda is a software record-keeping tool. Transactions, delivery, pricing, and product quality in the wholesaler-retailer marketplace are handled independently between the respective businesses.

DukaanAdda is not a payment processor or bank for these transactions and is not responsible for refunding marketplace orders. Wholesaler-retailer marketplace disputes must be resolved directly between the counterparties.

11. Account Deletion and Refunds

You can request account deletion at any time through the in-app path (Settings > Security & Privacy > Request Account Deletion) or via our website Account Deletion Page.

Deleting your account or deactivating your profile does not create refund eligibility, and unused subscription periods will not be refunded.

12. Feature Changes and Service Availability

We strive to maintain high system availability. However, service sync or data access may be temporarily interrupted by server maintenance, device operating system updates, network failures, or hosting provider outages.

DukaanAdda features may be updated, modified, or limited. Server maintenance, database syncing outages, or user-side device compatibility issues do not create refund eligibility. If a major service disruption occurs, DukaanAdda support may review the event and decide on a resolution at its discretion.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in store policies, tax compliance updates, or operational changes.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps or website after updates constitute acceptance of the modified policy.
