This Disclaimer applies to the DukaanAdda Android app, Windows desktop application, website (https://dukaanadda.com), and related services.

DukaanAdda is operated by Anita Tech Solutions. By accessing or using our services, you understand, accept, and agree to the terms, limitations, and responsibilities outlined in this Disclaimer.

You should read this Disclaimer in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Account Deletion & Data Deletion Policy.

DukaanAdda is a commercial software tool designed to assist retailers, wholesalers, and small businesses in managing daily store workflows.

The platform provides features to organize billing computations, document products, record customers, generate digital invoices, track khata/ledgers, submit wholsaler-retailer marketplace orders, and compile business overview reports.

While DukaanAdda helps organize commercial records, you remain solely responsible for how you configure the application, the commercial decisions you make, and the accuracy of all data you enter into the system.

DukaanAdda does not provide legal, tax, accounting, GST compliance, financial, or professional business advisory services.

You should not rely on the calculations, records, templates, or reports generated by DukaanAdda as a substitute for professional consultations. We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals for:

• GST calculations, HSN/SAC classifications, tax filing compliance, and legal invoice formatting.
• Double-entry accounting audits, ledger reconciliations, and bookkeeping audits.
• Compliance with local trade licenses, retail regulations, and commercial registration rules.
• Financial evaluations, credit underwriting, and dispute resolutions.

We do not claim or guarantee that the invoices, lists, or spreadsheets generated by DukaanAdda automatically satisfy all legal, tax, or accounting requirements in your jurisdiction.

DukaanAdda processes and structures data entered directly by the user. The application does not independently verify, review, or correct the details of your transactions.

As the business operator, you are responsible for checking:

• Correctness of invoice numbering sequences and transaction dates.
• Customer billing details, business addresses, and GSTIN parameters.
• Product details, descriptions, item pricing, and applied discounts.
• Calculated subtotals, CGST/SGST/IGST rates, and grand totals.
• HSN/SAC codes matching appropriate tax slabs.
• Specified payment details, payment terms, and delivery instructions.

If you enter incorrect prices, tax slabs, or customer details, the generated invoice or report will also be incorrect. DukaanAdda is not liable for errors, customer overcharges, tax underpayments, or penalties resulting from incorrect data inputs.

DukaanAdda provides a convenience feature allowing users to input their UPI IDs or bank details to display a payment QR code directly on generated invoice PDFs.

Please note:

• User Configuration: The generated QR code is based entirely on the UPI ID or bank parameters entered by you. You must verify that the UPI details are entered correctly before sharing invoices.
• No Payment Settlement:DukaanAdda is not a bank, e-wallet, payment gateway, payment aggregator, or payment settlement provider. Payments made via the QR code go directly from the customer's bank to your bank. We do not hold, process, route, or settle payment transactions.
• Verification: DukaanAdda does not send payment notifications or confirm transactions. You must independently verify your bank account statement or UPI app to confirm payment receipt before releasing goods.

The Wholesaler-Retailer Marketplace is an open platform directory. DukaanAdda provides tools to help retailers discover wholesaling groups, view public product lists, place order requests, and communicate.

DukaanAdda is not a party to the transactions completed through the marketplace. The sales contract, delivery schedule, pricing agreements, product quality, payment settlement, and physical pickup are handled independently between the retailer and wholesaler.

We do not guarantee that wholesalers will keep prices updated, maintain sufficient stock, or fulfill orders correctly. We recommend verifying the identity, pricing, and delivery terms of counterparties offline before making payments or releasing stock.

DukaanAdda inventory logs, customer khata balances, and business overview reports are computed based on your entry records.

It is your responsibility to reconcile physical stock with in-app inventory figures, check customer ledger entries before collecting dues, and audit report calculations before using them for tax filing or commercial bookkeeping. DukaanAdda reports are for convenience and do not replace formal accounting systems or corporate audits.

DukaanAdda provides a Free basic tier and paid Pro/Premium plans that unlock advanced features, template options, and raised record caps.

The features, limits, and pricing details of plans may change over time due to application updates. Pro features require Google Play Billing confirmation on Android, manual UPI verification on Windows, and active workspace sync.

Upgrade payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

DukaanAdda is distributed on Android via the Google Play Store, and on Windows through direct `.exe` installers available on our official website (https://dukaanadda.com/download) and potentially the Microsoft Store.

To protect your device and business records, you should download DukaanAdda only from these official channels. Anita Tech Solutions is not responsible for:

• Modified, repackaged, or counterfeit installers downloaded from unofficial third-party portals.
• Malware, security issues, or data leaks caused by installing unofficial copies of the app.
• Device compatibility issues, system configuration limits, or hardware limitations.
• Errors caused by using outdated versions of the application.

DukaanAdda utilizes and links to third-party providers to deliver services (including Google Firebase for databases and authentication, Google Play Billing, UPI payment apps, and external support websites).

These third-party platforms operate under their own terms and privacy guidelines. DukaanAdda does not control and is not liable for third-party service outages, transaction failures, account suspensions, updates, or policies.

Certain DukaanAdda features (such as database cloud sync, Google Login auth, marketplace listing, and push notifications) require an active internet connection, Firebase service availability, and device permissions (such as camera access for barcode scans or storage access to download invoice PDFs).

DukaanAdda does not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted service, or error-free sync processes. Temporary service downtime, hosting provider failures, network issues, or device-level bugs may affect application features.

While DukaanAdda provides cloud sync features and local database logs, we do not guarantee against data loss caused by system updates, device failures, network sync errors, or account closures.

You must maintain independent backups of critical business records (such as CSV exports, invoice PDFs, ledger records, and customer files) as required by your business, tax, and legal requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DukaanAdda, Anita Tech Solutions, Manjeet Kumar (developer), or related affiliates be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Errors, omissions, or incorrect details entered by the user.
• Tax underpayments, overpayments, audit penalties, or commercial losses.
• Marketplace transaction disputes, late deliveries, or damaged goods.
• UPI/bank transfer failures or QR-code routing issues.
• Application downtime, data sync delays, or network failures.
• Unauthorized database access resulting from user device security issues.
• Loss of business profits, opportunities, data records, or goodwill.

Nothing in this Disclaimer aims to limit, exclude, or restrict rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable local consumer laws.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to align with application features, changes in commercial laws, or platform store updates.

When changes are posted, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the application, website, or services after updates are published signifies acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
